Mitica Fig Jam is produced by a family company using the same recipe their grandmother used. The Pajarero figs are gently crushed and a hint of lemon blossom honey is added to give this jam a sweet flavor with delicious chunks of fig. This jam is perfect to pair with any cheese on top of a cracker. This is now available from Piazza Produce including a 10X7 ounce case or a 4 pound case.
